2. Additional Tour information will be emailed to you as well as directions for getting your Tour Artistry Registry Book Catalog & Passport (this is done by a human and not automagically, please be kind and check your email shortly after processing your payment)

Tour Guide & Artist Registry

The Tour Begins! The downloadable Tour Guide & Artist Registry is here! People are able to attend the tour without purchasing a Passs/port, but you will miss out on your chance to win fun prizes and be able to vote for categories. Most importantly it is vital to have people visit the Artists Studios, interact and make purchases.

What to Expect

Elements of Art Studio Tour is a two weekend art exploring, collecting and shopping experience.  Artists will be showcasing their Art, while giving participants of the Tour a look into how and where the Artist creates.  This experience provides Tour participants a fun and fresh look at their favorite local artists and chance to discover new Artists and their work. This self guided tour of Artist Studio Tour takes place over two weekends to provide people ample opportunities to visit multiple locations.

 

Tour participants will be able to get their passports stamped for chances to win prizes and art. 

 

Be sure to take advantage of the various deals artists will be having for you. The holidays are right around the corner and this is a great time to get general gifts, home decor and holiday gift giving.

Tour Dates are September 7th & 8th and September 21st & 22nd, 2024.

Collector Pass

This is to purchase a 2024 Elements of Art Tour Level One Pass with additional swag and collectible items. It will include a passport to the Tour, access to artists studios during the dates and times of the event over the two weekends, chances to win art, and get tour swag including a printed artist registry including a tour sticker. You will also receive limited edition swag including a Tour print and surprise item.

 

*The Artist Registry Tour Book (Artists Information Booklet) may need to be picked up separately if they do not arrive by the Tour date (due to publishing process). It can also be mailed for the price of postage.

 

Tour passports and other swag can be picked up September 6th, 2024 in front of Beaux Arts Fine Art Materials (2285 Highway 101 Suite H in the Coastal Fitness Plaza) in Florence, between the hours of Noon-5 or during business hours. The passports may also be picked up the day of the event from Dragon Art Studio 83341 Parkway Drive, or BeauxArts Fine Art Materials in Florence.

General Pass

This is to purchase a 2024 Elements of Art Tour Pass for guests to experience the Tour. It will include a passport to the Tour, access to artists studios during the dates and times of the event over the two weekends, chances to win art, and get tour swag including a printed artist registry including a tour sticker.
